Peter is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Synod and the Synod Office, organises meetings of the Synod and acts as a 'bridge' between committees. He has wide organisational knowledge and experience and also works as an independent Management Consultant. He has particular skills in the areas of Leadership, Teamwork and Organisational Change and is an Assembly Accredited Lay Preacher.
